Prices shown on each page. The main prices are:

• Pro plan: ¥880 per month
• X connection option: ¥500 per month. Available on Free or Pro
• Extra chat ticket (Pro only): ¥150 each

Prices are in yen. Checkout converts the charge into your local currency. After a currency is used, later charges stay in that currency.

Card payments are processed immediately when you place the order.
Subscriptions (the Pro plan and paid options) renew automatically on each renewal date. They are separate contracts and are billed separately.

You can use the service as soon as payment is complete.

Refunds or exchanges at your request

We do not generally accept refunds or returns after payment is complete.

If the service is defective

If the service has a defect, contact us through the contact form. We will review the situation and respond appropriately.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel the Pro plan or a paid option at any time. After cancellation, that contract is not charged on or after the next renewal date.
