How to subscribe or change plans

Subscribe or change plans from Registration on My page.

You need to log in.

Payment

anoni uses Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.

Card details are encrypted and stored by Stripe. See the Stripe website.

Prices are in yen. At checkout, the charge is converted into your local currency.

Upgrade (Free → Pro)

How to move from Free to Pro.

  1. Open Registration on My page
  2. Choose Upgrade plan
  3. Select a plan and choose Upgrade
  4. Enter payment details and confirm

Pro features are available as soon as the change is complete.

Downgrade or cancel (Pro → Free)

How to move from Pro back to Free.

  1. Open Registration on My page
  2. Choose Manage plan
  3. Choose Change to this plan on Free
  4. Cancel the subscription

Pro stays available until the current period ends, then the account returns to Free on the next renewal date.

Your account after cancellation

  • Canceling a plan does not delete the account. You can keep using Free.
  • If one year has passed since your last conversation, your account and relevant data will be deleted.
  • You can subscribe to Pro again later, anytime from My page.
  • If the account is deleted or suspended, the next Pro renewal is canceled automatically.

X connection option

This monthly option connects anoni with an X (formerly Twitter) account. It can be added to either Free or Pro.

Price

¥500 / month

This is separate from Pro (¥880/month). Cancel anytime.

How to subscribe

Add the option from Registration (plan selection) on My page.

Cancellation and billing

Cancel or review billing from option management in Registration on My page.

The feature remains available until the end of the current billing period.
